- Manage and produce fulfillment and billing of over 80 publications.
- Manage and coordinate relations between circulation, marketing, production,
fulfillment and customer service departments. Instigate and maintain open
communication between departments.
- Develop and maintain departmental web page on company intranet site to
insure all departments have adequate access to product information.
- Develop and maintain system training manuals. Administer system training on
UNIX based software program for all company employees.

The most interesting project I worked on here was the choice, purchase and implimentation of the SQL server. This was one of the best advancements for our company as far as security of company, customer and product information, making the most effective use of our data and working with other departments to insure they knew how they would benefit from this project as well....

I have been with my current company for almost 18 years. I actually started out as a temp. I was hired full time into the Circulation department where I have worked in various operational positions until December 2006. I was fortunate enough to constantly be presented with new challenges to inspire me. Our company was just pruchased in September 2006 and I am now working in out New Media department working on our company web sites....
