I prepared a portfolio of my work which guided me through my interview to present my experiences in a professional manner.

Recruited by principle investigator to utilize and enhance computer knowledge in a programming intense engineering environment. Quickly mastered multiple programming languages when challenged with extracting data from high fidelity UNIX based simulators. Identified new simulation solutions and implemented them, sometimes recruiting certified pilots to validate simulator overall realism. Research was funded and equipped by NASA/Drayden to stimulate simulation in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Tuskegee University.

Recommended to oversee campus wide computer lab resources while establishing end user support protocols. Challenged with antiquated computer systems and resources that suffered from frequent down time due to worn equipment and abuse. Analyzed the current equipment assets, researched new options and negotiated favorable prices to upgrade computer facilities. Additionally worked with the personnel to train and mentor them in the operation of the new equipment, ensuring end user support satisfaction.
