Experiences at ubisoft

I was hired as trainee. The process to be hired is quite simple. I answered some exercises : a game analysis (my three "loved" games), a game design exercise (imagine, as many as you want, game concept starting with some geometric stuff). After these two "practices", i had an interview with a Lead game designer to talk about "me, my vision of the industry, my skills and many others things".
