What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at unilever?Trying to figure out how to fix Capture when I already knew more than the help desk. It took a while, but I think I got most of it down...

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at unilever?Teaching myself lots of things, from software to writing. I was on several teams for document design and it was great.
