Provide personnel services to schools, libraries, and operating units falling under the responsibility of the Office of the Provost. Serve as advisor to school staff personnel regarding personnel related issues. Coordinate, review, and approve processing of staff, student, and other non-faculty personnel actions through Oracle data base. Insure compliance with system, university, and Provost policy and procedure. Receive, monitor, and approve personnel actions related to establishing new positions, refilling vacancies, and position reclassifications.

Serve as liaison for the Office of the Provost with the Office of Human Resources Management for non-academic staff personnel matters. Assure implementation and compliance with university policies through coordination with personnel officers and representatives in Provost reporting schools and units.
