How would you describe what you did at volt services group?

My position was to prospect, develop and place solid candidates into full time employment with my clients. I partnered with employers to meet their business objectives through helping them in their hiring goals.
I did full cycle direct placement consulting in the technical industry (primarily
Software related opportunities)in Silicon Valley and SF Bay Area. I worked both contract and the full time (aka Perm).
I am known primarily as a partner in my clients hiring processes by not only sourcing candidates but keeping them apprised of the various subtle nuances in the industry outside their current scope of knowledge and interest.
My approach is very personable (some call it "old school") and I am quite attentive to meeting my clients needs in hiring. I pride myself in working my business with dignity and respect for myself and those I work with/for.

Leading staffing company based out of Orange, CA. Responsibilities includeed placing temp-to-perm and diract hire candidates in a varity of positions, ranging from Executive Assistant, Finance/Accounting, Customer Service, Information Technology and Manufacturing/Operations.

On assignment to Microsoft Corporation, Middle Eastern Product Group. Tested HTML features in bidirectional language versions of Microsoft Word 9.x, including creation and implementation of test scripts, resolution of localisation issues, development of testing automation and strategies, bug tracking, and testing under multiple web browsers and computer platforms.... read more
