My position was to prospect, develop and place solid candidates into full time employment with my clients. I partnered with employers to meet their business objectives through helping them in their hiring goals.
I did full cycle direct placement consulting in the technical industry (primarily Software related opportunities)in Silicon Valley and SF Bay Area. I worked both contract and the full time (aka Perm).
I am known primarily as a partner in my clients hiring processes by not only sourcing candidates but keeping them apprised of the various subtle nuances in the industry outside their current scope of knowledge and interest.
My approach is very personable (some call it "old school") and I am quite attentive to meeting my clients needs in hiring. I pride myself in working my business with dignity and respect for myself and those I work with/for....
