One of the projects I have been working on is if a vendor has a credit open in our system I would see if we still do business with them and when the credit will be taken. If we no longer do business with the vendor or we don't do a lot of business with them I would try and collect a refund check for that credit....

The 3 best thing working with Wild Oats are
Talking with diffenrent people it bing vendors in a different state and with the bookkeeper at the stores.
Learning different programs (ie.....peoplesoft, OMI,)
And the third is the people I work with.

The most Challenging aspects of this my job with Wild Oats was helping vendors when payment has been correctly.

The toughest problem I have solved is when one of your vendors were appling payments and credits to other invoices for other stores instead of applying payments to the inovices we had remit payments to. This was a problem that was going on for years. It took a few months but the vendor and I did get our accounts to match....

Helping vendors with past due invoices, checkto see if checks has cleared the bank , stop payments on Lost checks, enter past due invoices. collect on open credits with vendors we don't do a lot or no longer do business.
