How would you describe what you did at worleyparson?

Qatar gas as Lead project engineer for projects under engineering services & thus worked for their ON shore facilities and modifications with OFF SHORE projects as well as expansions & addition of facilities which were running. Participate in all aspects of design and selection from initial feasibility & conceptual studies through to detailed engineering, fabrication & assembly, field installation & commissioning. Also studying Engineering service requests, minor modification reports and facility modification proposals & then issuing scope of work & sending reports for authorization for expenditures and send for bidding (ITT) and then making PEP ( Project execution plans) and issuing final feed documents. Checking feasibility studies, EPCM reports and FEED/DD summary and issue FMP or MMR. Define scope of work and issue proposals for bidding. I have worked on Glycol project; reclaimer -3 projects, PMP project (Plateau maintenance projects) and Qatar gas 1 modification in facilities as well as utilities. Manage a client project team in tender preparations, bid evaluation, selection of suppliers, input to FEED and conceptual studies, lead project issues and needs relating to the development, develop good vendor relationships, manage internal/external project teams, management of suppliers including for document review, factory inspections and tests, chair progress /technical meetings, liaison with design teams. Post installation follow-up with respect to warranties, performance, reliability, operational challenges. Technical coordination of the multiple components that comprise offshore platform; layouts, utilities, safety and environmental as well as the various engineering disciplines involved; Manage the appointed EPIC and service contractors through controlling expenditure, ensuring quality and HSE targets and meeting the projects schedule objectives through to start-up and handover.... read more
