How would you describe what you did at xanterra park and resorts?

I started out washing dishes for one month and then a cooks position opened up and I got it. One year later I was made asst food production mgr. I have also been a prep cook and storekeeper at other locations in the park.

What's the secret to getting hired at xanterra park and resorts?

Not much of a secret. I have always wanted to get into the food and beverage business. The opportunity come an d I took a chance and it worked out good for me.
