Experiences at xpedx

I started as a customer service rep i took incoming calls and put in orders. I answered questions on the product and also did samples for our sample room.

I research items and buy items that we do not stock. I build accounts and order products.

My primary job function at xpedx is outside sales. It is my responsibility to create leads, determine credit worthiness, then sell and service the account.
