What are the most challenging aspects of your job at ymca of trenton/city of trenton?The most challenging job is dealing with the childs if they hurt themself. You have to know how to give first aid as need to the child but also keep the child calm at the same time.

What's the secret to getting hired at ymca of trenton/city of trenton?There is no secret i got hired when i was 15 years old. I had to take a training class and prove that i can learn the skills and do my job well.
