How would you describe what you did at zenith administrators?

Currently manage a group of staff members, claims inventory,claims production, and the handling of customer service inquiries; Implement system enhancements, manage and negotiate subrogation cases, liaison for outside vendors, manage refunds and overpayments, etc.
