In addition to learning in the classroom, I feel I learned more outside of the classroom. It was through those experiences that I learned what makes great management personnel -learning what makes people tick. By observing the many people I came across throughout my collegiate career, I learned that no one thing motivates all people. You need to learn about the individuals to learn what motivates them. Once you do this you can make your business not only grow and survive but thrive within any marketplace.
