<title>Mando, What's the interview process like at Opus Healthcare Solutions?</title>
      <link>http://www.jobster.com/at/answer/view/95712?answer_class=AnswerBase&amp;amp;hbxcmp=feed&amp;amp;hbxsrc=rss_company_answers</link>
      <description>We have a multi-tiered interview process:

1. We start with an initial questionnaire to get a better picture of the individual.
2. We then have an informal meeting to talk about the company and the position.
3. Finally, the individual meets most of the development team in a series of structured Q&amp;A session to determine the aptitude and fit.</description>
