Pete, What's the interview process like at comScore Networks?

We tend to move the interview process fairly quickly for candidates to respect their job search timeframes, as well as to make sure we are committing to the right candidates as quickly as possible.

Typically, a candidate will talk with myself briefly to get some general and technical information - here's where we'll figure out exactly what YOU want, and you can find out more about US. The interview process works both ways and we want to emphasize that.

After our conversation, I'll submit your resume to the manager and usually within 24 hours, I can get back with you to let you know how if and how we'll proceed next. If the manager is interested we'll set up a brief (20-30 minute) phone call between you and the direct hiring manager.

If the phone interview goes well (we shoot for same day feedback in every case) we'll set you up to meet with the rest of the immediate team. We try to get everyone to meet with you on the same day to avoid having to have you come in multiple times - you're working too!!

After an in-person interview, most feedback will be given back to you within 1 business week. And you will hear directly from the recruiter that you have been working with the entire time. We try to keep the process as streamlined as possible to help the managers fill their spots in a timely fashion and to help you find the best fit for you as soon as possible.

Be Patient - it will take some time to learn about all the unique business models that comScore has to offer. The best thing you can do when arriving, is sponge all of the information you can, and ASK QUESTIONS - everyone has had the same questions and challenges before. Before you know it, YOU'll be answering the questions!
