      <description>People dress casually. Sometimes Lee or Eduardo willl come to work wearing slacks and a business shirt because they have to speak to a client. But, most of the time they wear jeans.

Me, I started wearing business clothes, but they have converted me to casual wear. It only took 3 months ;)</description>

      <description>The way we design the product. I have a clear idea of how to design interaction. Unfortunately, it can be tricky when you always compromise methodology to meet "pressing deadlines". So, I would change the this. I would create a forum where people can think strategically about the product and then design it.</description>
