The best things about working at SprayCool was by far the people, and the ability to make a difference. Everyone really respects each other and the experience that each person brought to the table to solve issues. The technology is cutting edge, so solving problems "out of the box" was pretty cool.

At ISR/SprayCool I was responsible for setting up and managing a brand new service dept for a new Commercial Division within the company. I was the "Go-To" person for anything concerning Service, Repairs, and Installation of the companies product. Starting from scratch, I implemented procedures, including trouble tickets, processes such as field service bulletins, and did such things as analyze the product for serviceability, identified field replaceable units, etc. I also worked with mfg to sort out what assemblies should include to be more field ready, automated the RMA process, oversaw the content and project scope for service manuals, and implemented the technical support 800 #.
