      <description>One must be willing to treat all people respectfully and answer questions regarding library policy and problems.  It is vital that one is fully competent at their job.  One must also have a willingness to take on a variety of jobs and tasks as different library needs arise.  At my job it is vital to be self-motivated and always looking for different jobs or tasks to do.</description>
