      <description>CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
*	Preparation of project schedule (Civil specific)
*	Monitoring (Piling &amp; Concrete work) and reporting project progress daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly 
*	Concrete planning
*	Collecting PR for structural steel required for supports, templates for civil works from site, verify, take approvals &amp; forward to Purchase dept. and subsequent follow-up with the vendor after the preparation of PO by the Purchase Department till the material physically reaches site.
*	Material planning excluding Cement &amp; Reinforcement Steel
*	Follow up with Engineering Dept. for construction drawing, modification desired by site based on practical constraints and also increase in the speed of work &amp; related queries
*	Preparation of BOQ from Drawing released 'for construction'
*	Receiving Drawings from Design Dept., Registering &amp; Issuing/Forwarding to Site In Charge for construction
*	Compilation of Monthly Client Bill Measurements and coordinate with client / consultant for certification of the measurement sheets.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
*	Overall Schedule preparation including land acquisition, civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, commissioning work
*	Preparation of project budget (civil specific)
*	Monthly cost analysis
*	Form Cross Functional Team (CFT) including Land acquisition, Planning, Design, Contracts, Construction, Client, Billing &amp; Safety persons for each project. The core team may meet every week &amp; the apex meeting can be held once in a month. Meeting effectiveness for each meeting also should be measured, monitored &amp; reported in the project report going to the top management
*	Monitoring project services and material cost, Budget v/s Actual and generating weekly &amp; monthly reports
*	Getting conversant with PS (Project) module in SAP and using the same for projects in Essar</description>
