      <description>Worked as both an enforcer of Michigan State University Policy and a councilor in Student Affairs. Called upon to mediate conflicts including simple roommate issues as well as larger threats to Residence Hall safety. Dealt with disciplinary matters, but the most important part was setting a positive example of the kind of behavior expected by MSU and the adult world</description>
