      <description>Coordinates and executes changes for the implementation, support and maintenance of configuration items of the IT systems and Telecommunications Network of Mobistar, Orange and FT, with respect for the established service level agreements and this around the clock (shift 24h/24h, 7d/7d, 365d/year + guard).

1/ Perfoms the intake of non-standard changes, requested by the Business or Operational ITN Departments.
2/ Acts as the change builder and change owner for third party (supplier and contractor) recurrent and (mostly) standard changes.
3/ Assists and supports the change builders with respect for the change management process and the operational and service level agreements.
4/ Executes the changes for third parties (supplier and contractor) and for packaged operations for level 2, with respect for the SLA.
5/ Updates methods, processes, roadmaps and standard changes.
6/ Develops scripts and tools to support and automate execution, reporting and follow-up of the daily operations.
7/ Assures that our tools and methods stay at the required performance level through the suggestion for improvements.
8/ Assures the application of the ITIL (Change, Incident, Problem and configuration management ) processes in his/her day to day work.</description>
