*	Managed $10 MM trade funds and collaborated with Sales Directors to forecast trade spending and incremental revenue on a quarterly basis, improving trade efficiency by +9%.
*	Initiated joint venture with Kroger's Private Label, which was unique to the customer and well received by the retailer's upper management.  Project involved leading a cross-functional team to set up a third party co-packer and alignment on legal, credit, financial and logistical terms among the three entities.       <description>Work closely with R&amp;D to develop new products for the Taiwan, Korean and Mainland Chinese markets.  Interfaced with Finance, Demand Planning, Art &amp; Design, Package Engineering and other departments in order to develop and launch new product lines and skus into the previously mentioned markets. Worked closely with customers in Taiwan and Korea to ensure the product met customer needs and specifications; worked with logility and frieght forwarders to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.</description>
