      <description>Responsible for tasks relating to monitoring operations, installations, and/or maintenance of telecommunications systems and switch devices.

*	Provide support for phone, fax, and modem issues for internal U.S. employees
*	Analyze reports generated by call accounting software and make recommendations to correct overflow problems
*	Design voice networks, integrate telephony hardware and network services 
*	Familiar with traffic engineering and PBX system planning
*	Using the Siemens phonemail system, I configure and design the call processing boxes and voicemail for every user.
*	I am familiar with the Siemens 9006 or mod 80 and use it on a daily basis to do the MAC works.
*	I have certifications in Hicom 150, Xpressions and Hipath 3000.
*	I also use LCWIN and EMML to configure the different devices in the system.
*	I also set up the supervisors and agents of our call center, using Business view Composer and Observer(Siemens call center management software).
*	My other duty is to work with the cable vendors in installing data and voice in the different buildings and to test them before signing off on them.
*	I occasionally trouble shoot the CAT5 cables and also know how to make them.
*	I work closely with the network engineer and I am currently studying for the CCNA.</description>
