TEAM: Xdavia believe that if you progress and profit and enjoy as a team, you should also suffer as a team! when i had personal problems, the president said i can't be part of the time and succeed with the team and the then suffer difficulties "without" the team, no matter how personal it was!
FRIENDS LIKE FAMILY: working with Xdavia made me feel like i was with a family, away from my family
CELEBRITY TREATMENT: whenever Xdavia is out honoring and invitation, every team member becomes like a celebrity
