      <description>Training in medical billing and transcription.  Learned to transcribe from all medical specialties from doctors offices and hospitals and from doctors with foreign accents.  Learned general anatomy and physiology terms, prefixes, suffixes, root words, medications, procedures, tests and equipment terms for each medical specialty.  Learned diagnostic coding, i.e. ICD-9-CM.  Learned about ethics, confidentiality and career development.  Learned medical claims procedures and procedural coding using CPT codes and modifiers.</description>
