There's more really sharp people working here than I've ever worked with before. All of the guys that I work immediately with I trust implicitly to get their job done. You rarely if ever have to go behind someone and fix something that they've done.

More than once I've come back to a messed up computer (wallpaper and other settings), and many times we get an email from someone else who left there computer unlocked and unattended about how they love Phoebe's security policies and would never leave their machine unattended where some nefarious person might take advantage.

You have to know your stuff. The interview process includes a question and answer session where all the existing IT employees you'll be working with ask you questions to see if you really know what you say you know on your resume and to see how you perform under pressure.
