      <description>*	I held the following positions: house manager, assistant house manager, bartender and kitchen assistant
*	I had responsibilities to hire, train and review staff, enter payroll information and other management functions
*	My priority at this job was to be (and lead the team) to be a hostess to all guests.  I learned that making lasting relationships ensures guest loyalty.</description>
