      <description>The toughest problem was always around the holidays. Everybody always wanted to be home for the holidays.  Sometimes that just couldn't happen.  So again you had to make sure everybody was happy so the job can get done right and on time.</description>

      <description>If I was doing a new store set up, I would get with whoever was in charge and go from there.  Every store has a different way of doing things so I always made sure I was on the same page they were.</description>

      <description>I was the crew lead. I made sure the job was getting done right and on time.  I did all paperwork that was suppose to be done. I took all pictures after the job was complete.</description>
