Correct content name, celebrity name, publication date, magazine name and embargo period is entered through computer database, ensuring 100% accuracy to comply with contract and other legal requirements.	Upload digital images to the server for production. Ensure all image orders are sent to photographer in accurate timely manner. 
Assist Editing Department by scanning images for all Low Resolution requested by Sales Department. Maintain a strong relationship with editor in order to manage correct process of content. Perform final quality web check of images; ensuring images are published to the Corbis site in a timely matter. Provide and support Sales Department by generating correct invoices in accurate timely manner. Support the Customer Service Department to continue the Digital and Catalog fulfillment. Coordinate the handling, tracking and shipping of physical and digital intellectual property. UPS, DHL or messenger service. All courier reports are completed and printed by the end of the day. Handle all incoming packages from various courier (i.e.: FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS). Notify recipient for delivery arrival via e-mail.</description>
