      <description>Not only is being knowledgeable about the shoes help, but you also need good customer service skills as well as go sales associate skills. You need to know how to sell not only shoes, but merchandise as well. A lot of people get fired from the company because their accessories *socks/Insole/shoe care* percentage rates drop. In order to maintain a job at FL you need to have an accessory count of 4.0% each week or above. There is give-and-take, if you are slow or extremely busy, but for the most part, corporate and DM's don't allow below that.
