JustBicycles has experienced incredible growth. Starting in the USA it expanded into European Markets and recently into "down-under" markets. If you work at JustBicycles you do a little of everything. It is very much a team environment.

Jobster has asked me to answer the question about what I did at JustBicycles.com. They did a lot of internet sales but my focus was assembly and taking care of the local crowd and wholesalers. I did a lot of assembly, maintenance, repairs and my greatest feat was fiquring out how to get a Shimano three speed internal hub to work on a banana seat bicycle after the Taiwan manufacture said it couldn't be done. The company gave me a $500 bonus for fiquring it out. It was just a great bunch of mostly young guys doing something we all enjoyed.

Jobster has asked me to answer the secret to getting hired at JustBicycles and I can't really say. It was a diverse group. I responded to an ad in the Dallas Morning News. Most others were from within the industry and had prior experience. Sorry if I can't help on this one.
