We were always updating the systems to make them more efficient. Company was 60000 plue employees which put a strain on the systems daily. So I had to keep up on the daily monitoring of the systems to make sure they ran as needed and be quick to resolve any issues that would interrupt productivity on a daily basis, which was more often than not in a company this size. We were constantly meeting our maximum on resources and had to be able to quickly and easily provide more resources when needed.
