I worked in the Finance department assisting the scheduling of classes, professors, book orders, and general departmental errands. It allows me to work with my excellent professors and get to know them better. I'm willing to start low on the totem poll and get a good foundation before advancing up the ranks.

I'm learning all I can about business, stressing information pertaining to Finance, Investing, and Information Technology. The economics backs up the Finance major, and the MIS minor allows me to have a better understanding of how the systems which provide the financial data work. It is a great combination of interrelated, invaluable, lessons.

I majored in Nursing and decided it wasn't for me. During this time I did manage to film a documentary about trans fats in the Dining Halls for an English thesis project though. So, I decided to leave and build my residency in Florida while attending IRCC in order to apply to UCF's film school with in-state tuition.

The Engineering College is the most competitive program within the University of Delaware. The major I have chosen, Civil and Environmental Engineering, fills me with a great sense of pride and accomplishment. I constantly feel stimulated by the work I am assigned and the subject matter is incredibly interesting to me. Although the work is difficult, I thrive on the satisfaction that comes from working hard and seeing results. I look forward to entering into a career in either Engineering or Architecture.

One of the projects I worked for at the University is a promotional brochure called "Being Here" that is sent out to transfer students and incoming freshman. I worked closely with the photographer hired to work this job and had several of my own photographs published in the pamphlet, including many that were featured on the cover.
