Although the department consisted of an agency-modeled group of professionals with individual talents, there was little collaboration across disciplines and a dysfunctional design team that had recently been split up. Internal clients' satisfaction with creative output varied widely, dependent on whom they worked with and how their business objectives were balanced with rigid brand guidelines.

Nathan, What's the secret to getting hired at KPMG?

To be hired at KPMG once needs to be sincere and genuine during the interview. If you've gotten the interview, recruiting has already determined that you are well qualified on paper. As someone who has participated in a number of recruiting events including interviews, one thing that interviewers hate most are people who appear "fake." Don't let this be you! Just be yourself! If you don't get an offer, it's probably for the best. You don't want to be at a place that makes you unhappy.
