When I first started at Hewitt in 1998, I helped implement the background checking. It was a very interesting project, but very stressful. There were many days when I worked many hours to implement this project. It was rewarding to see the outcome of the project. During the years, I have helped implement new criteria to the background checks. I have been working with background checking until I left Hewitt 3/09.
