When whe was showing her cake to everyone she dropped it face down. She called in tears. By the time she came back to me I had another cake ready for her at no charge. I had a computer, so I designed my brochures, flyers, etc.. Also, being able to find a recipe or design in the many, many books and magazines I had was a challenge. To solve this I made a spread sheet for recipes and one for designs. That way, I could look for, example; car cakes, and go right to that on my spread sheet and be able to find the cakes in a short amout of time. Designed the cakes. Baked the cakes and made my own frostings, including Fondant. I did a complete set up of wedding cakes and decorated the cake table with any items the bride left for me.
