After identification, there was a several-month period of collecting documentation (photographs, transcriptions, publicly available police reports, personal observations, interviews, etc.) on that particular population, then compounding the information to interpret statistically why such behavior occurs, what affected the behavior and, consequently, the effects of said behavior. The networking lab was a small room in one of the trailers. It has wires everywhere; it was an accident waiting to happen.
