Sometimes these were my team member's problems, such as the need for additional resources, or additional training or mentoring, but most often, we were all focused on offering solutions to our customer's problems. Sometimes the solutions were quick, out-of-the box responses to common, reoccurring issues, but most often they were customized to individual needs and objectives.</description>
