      <description>Just the family oriented atmosphere, the great benefits like tuition reimbursement, company matched 401k dollar for dollar, benefits within 30 days, superior leadership at the top.  Our SVP here is the best, he truly cares about each employee and recognizes their contribututions.  He's an ordinary guy that if you met him on the street, you'd never guess he's an executive!!</description>

      <description>They seem unlimited.  You can advance into a leadership role (Team Lead, Supervisor, Manager, Director, VP) or you can transfer to a different department within the same site.  You can also transfer to a different site such as a timeshare resort, our consumer finance office, or into a sales position at one of our sales offices.  You can do this either locally or nationwide.  We have resorts in almost every state!!</description>
