      <description>I was able to work under little or no supervision to get my job done in 8hrs or less.  Took it upon myself to do more of what was required of me to get job done.</description>

      <description>I cased up my route accordingly to be delivered on the street. I then pulled down mail and loaded a 1/2 ton truck for delivery.  I dealt with the public on a daily basis in delivering the mail.  I also kept change of addresses up to date on my route in office and forwarded mail accordingly.</description>

      <description>No secret, I just took the postal exam and then got hired.  I worked hard and showed my supervisor that I can do the job and required no supervision.</description>

      <description>There is no secret.  Just like most jobs you apply when there are openings.  However, you do have to test for the positions.  As for the position I am doing at this time, I started out with in office training and then had to take a test that would qualify me for the position.  You must find an opening in this area within 2 years of the testing or you will have to retest.  I have been looking for openings in this area and so far am only in the temporary position.  Once you apply for a position and if pass the interview, they will then send you to training for 4 months.  After passing this training you will be a certified supervisor.</description>
