Getting hired at T-Mobile is not easy. They value their employees and only hire the best. Customer service skills are top priority. If you love working in a face paced, team setting, then it is definitely worth applying for. I really enjoyed my time there, and would still be there if I was in that area.

I have had issues with two representatives not getting along. I had to gain a clear understanding of the problem and provide insight to try and resolve it. It was difficult mainly because I felt like upper management was not providing the support I needed.
