      <description>Resolve an issue related to very senior level manager who did not wanted to participate in the initiative because of his attitude towards using resources from different region and was worring about diversified management of the duties that were client facing. Very high level issue which required my soft skills, broad contacts network and understanding of the issue. By explaining the business need, presenting solution to his worries and taking care of communication problems I was able to successfully deliver the resolution in win-win perspective.</description>

      <description>Project related roles (PMO, Project Manager, EMEA Portfolio Lead) focused on project and service delivery in outsourcing services for internal and external clients. Majority of the assignments required my extensive exposure to global projects, skills in planning and solid communication habit. My primary responsibilities were:
*	Manage projects, commit resources and afford project deliverables within time frame, budget and agreed quality, Act as EMEA Portfolio Lead for Messaging and Collaboration and Security domain
*	Manager service demands and resource assignments, general service scheduling across operating units (globally)
*	Cooperate with Service Delivery Managers and Account Managers to fulfill SLAs and outperform client's expectations - basically keep client happy
*	Perform daily, weekly and monthly reports for executives, facilitate stakeholders and team meetings, manage issues, mitigate risks and play along security and law policies
*	Conduct pre-project analysis and translate business requirements into manageable analysis 
*	Design, remodel and document processes, prepare presentations for different audience, act along global and local standards &amp; policies (ISO/CMM, company standards and policies)
*	Budgeting project work and discuss WBS issues with finance 
*	Provide expert knowledge on global Project Management tools (SMS/PPD/ITG/myScheduling/INS) - to support the global and regional teams.
*	Manage Project Definition Documents used by different PMs across IT outsourcing unit
*	Add to pipeline reporting and project portfolio status report
*	Maintain understanding of all skill sets across all of outsourcing deals to provide advice for assigning and scheduling appropriate project resources 
*	Collaborate with different PMO, Resource Managers and PM, global wide to extend my knowledge and responsibility

Global Resource Management Processes Documentation Project
Project: Define broad scope of the project, set project deliveries to documents and process remodeling, global senior executive audience
Role: Manage remodeling RM processes in global and local RM and PMO teams, and bind them into one manageable tool, document and manage testing of the processes in the new dashboard tool
HP Project and Portfolio Center (SMS R7) Resource Management Project
Project: Implement dashboard application to engage and manage all outsourcing project and service aspects of management
Role: Manage Resource Management area in implementation of global tool for managing resources, capability, skill matrix, demand and allocation, absence and project/service delivery, create reports
Global Delivery Communication and Diversity Awareness
Project: Organizational and enablement initiative focused on global diversity - choices and risks - how to avoid and earn from them
Role: Initiative idea creator, analyze and select buy-in techniques and manage communication
PC Backup project 
Project: Global backup/archive internet tool for VIPs and management
Role: Project PMO, responsible for communication and quality/test processes, research contacts and contribute to project documentation
Communication plan and template reorganization
Role: manage consolidation of team communication plan and templates
Project Management Toolkit project
Role: cooperate to prepare unified, standardized documentation for PM with guides, templates, contact information and manuals for Technical Project Managers to improve project delivery in time and within budget
iPass implementation project 
Role: deliver consistent and aligned, international dial-in service with fixed billing rate and assured transfer rate for outsourcing resources, (PM shadowing)</description>
