Rebecca, How did you find your job at Allyis?

I was a client of Allyis's before I became an employee. They were such an outstanding company to work *with* that I was excited to work *for* them. I knew that they hired only the most stellar folks and that they cared deeply about customer service and quality work. So when I found myself at loose ends, Allyis was the first company I called. Luckily for me, they had an opening!

Well, I often work through lunch because I can - and then get over the bridge quicker. But when I am around for lunch, there are lots of good, fast places around like Ooba Tooba and Chipotle.

Be prepared to be overwhelmed by how nice everyone is - truly. I have not had a sip of any Kool-Aid yet, nor have I seen anyone else drinking it, but honestly everyone I work with is wicked awesome, pleasant, and willing to help.

Richard, What are the three best things about working at Allyis?

1) everybody has a chance to own a piece of the company they work for, 2) we not only believe in, but actively demonstrate that we care about people's families, their lives outside of work, and where they want to go in their career, 3) if anybody ever wants to change anything or has an idea about how to make their job or the company better, they can always talk directly with me to work on improving things.
