1. Do you drink coffee
2. Do you play well with others ? [ no difficult co-workers allowed here ]
3. Are you a professional?
4. Are you competent ?
5. Can I trust you ?
6. Are you worth $100K per year ?
7. Am I going to have to micromanage you, or are you a drama queen ?
8. Do you have a sense of humor ?
If you make it past the phone interview and get invited to visit our offices, then you will be subjected to a series of challenging, albeit relevant questions that cause you to use your noggin - if you clearly cannot, you don't stand a chance. We don't employ mindless robots and we are not a body-shop or a domestic "sweat shop". You must contribute daily to the bottom line success of the company, in whatever capacity you have and this requires everyone to think, and row in the same direction.

Clothes. normally business professional, occassionally business casual, almost never casual unless you are here on a weekend, or taking a personal day and messing around on the Great Wall of China or exploring the Pyramids of Giza. Shorts or jeans are acceptable then... ;-) [ is this really important to people what they can wear at work ? ]
