My boss had an immensely busy schedule every day, so I needed to make sure that her calendar was always correct and updated, and that everything was taken care of within a department of many people. Another challenging aspect was in dealing with the unexpected. From conference rooms not being available to the death of a co-worker, I needed to always be on top of my game and be ready to deal with any crisis that may come my way.
