Dell was s great place to work; it was very challenging and I learned a great deal about myself as an employee and the importance of having solid work-life balance. To those interested in a career w/ Dell, or any IT or Telecom for that matter, I would say - prepare for the pace (things can change very quickly); know what you want to achieve and say focused (being goal-oriented and not easily distracted will pay off in the long run); and finally make the most of every day by having a winning attitude and a positive outlook (every day won't easy, but there is something to be learned in every challenge, problem, or obsticle).
