I have a good 'telephone voice' and wanted to work at Western Union because I knew being associated with a company with such a recognizable and enduring reputation would make me proud to say I worked there. After they went to a profit based commission plan (2 months after I left) they realized I was a top performer and wanted to hire me back. The previous commission plan was based off of revenue, but a few salespeople took advantage of that and sold with little or no margin. I remained in contact with Paramount Imaging for the two years I was at Creative Garment, and went back when the timing was right.</description>
