I like to be in an office that is not too noisy, but enough that there is not dead silence. I like to have fair and honest bosses, as I am an honest person. I like to be able to speak up if I see something that can be improved upon, and at least have the idea tossed about. I do not like to gossip or cut others down, so that type of office situation does not appeal to me. I like to laugh, even at myself. I love to greet people, and make them feel welcome or right at home in the "company". I feel this very strongly affects the customer's outlook on wanting to buy from the company. I don't like competition. Where I can work together with other people to make a team. That each person in that team has something to offer that someone else does'nt. Therefore we can all complement eachothers strengths and help eachother in our weaknesses. That is my ideal work environment. For example, when I worked at UUNET there was absolutely no dress code. This type of relaxed work environment made for much happier employees and much more work was completed and the customers were happier with their results and with the employees who worked with them to install their networks.
