organizations located in nine cities in North America.  As liaison with the Education Dept., championed the delivery of employee development programs in remote office locations.

* Effectively integrated LEGATO managers and employees following 
EMC's acquisition of LEGATO. 
 
* Initiated "first ever" employee suggestions for company improvements through Appreciative Inquiry facilitation of feedback sessions in person with more than 25 teams in remote offices in North America, improving morale, 
increasing productivity, and generating a number of ideas that were implemented within the organization.

* Participated in the design and delivery of the live, webcast, 
interactive new employee orientation program for the EMC Software Group welcoming, engaging and integrating new employees into the company, resulting in faster acclimation and greater retention.
 
* Created and implemented a new leadership development pipeline 
that ensured leadership development programs would be scheduled, budgeted, and successfully completed by the end of 2008 in support of corporate objectives.</description>
