Scott, How did you find your job at Jobster?

Phil Bogle, Jobster co-founder and CTO, recruited me, Patrick O'Donnell, and Ray Fortna out of Openwave to be the first developers on the team. While Openwave was no Shangri La at the time, it is still a testament to Phil's salesmanship that he could make developing software for recruiters sound sexier than creating applications for mobile devices.

Scott, What's your daily commute like at Jobster?

Coming from Ballard, my commute is easy, even at the new location. The 17 or 18 out of ballard drops me off a few blocks from the office, or it's a beautiful bike ride across the Ballard Locks and down Myrtle Edwards Park. I don't need to drive, so I opted out of a parking spot. Thankfully, Jobster pays for my bus pass.
